The Hanover Heights has sixty-six residences with a majority of one and a half story, single-family dwellings. Forty-five of its residences are craftsmen that inspired bungalows. Fourteen of which are twenty-three residences that are comprised of the smattering of the early twentieth century styles including the Prairie, Foursquare, and Homestead.
The rhythm of the neighborhood has been defined by an undulation of one and a half front and side bungalows with full and half-width front porches. Rusticated stone and brick chimneys rise above the low-pitched roofs. Hanover Heights is located on a moderately flat surface with some elevation variation. The residences have been constructed during the 1912-1930 period of significance that conforms to its standard setback of twenty-five feet and located to a standard six lots with fifty feet frontage and one hundred and forty-two feet deep.
